cant boot my iphone need help

hello
its 1gen 2.2 fw all i did is reset network settings and now it wont boot just the apple logo.
im using windows 7 and dont have ssh (iphone not recognized)

nothing helped not hard reset nothing.
i manage to conect with irecovery but dont know what to do. i tried disabling the watchdog but it didnt work

i want to save my data before restoring
im desperate pleas help
