I did the same process that I did with 2009 MBP to clean install Snow Leopard.

Erased USB
Partition to 1 part
GUID from Options
Restored with .iso Snow Leopard file
Booted with USB
Then I got error that says Restart the computer, it opens like verbose mode and writes smt.

It was all OK in 2009 MBP but now can't install in 2011 with same way

What version of Max OX 10.6 did you put on the USB flash memory thumb drive? Is it the one that came with the 2011 MBP or the one you probably bought for 29 USD?
If it is the latter, then the version (10.6 or 10.6.3 or 10.6.4) is not working with an MBP that came with a special build of 10.6.6. You need to use the grey Restore DVD #1 that came with your 2011 MBP to clone onto the USB flash memory thumb drive.

Apple replaced my 2009 MBP so gave only MBP without box, just MBP itself.
So don't have that gray System Installation Disc.

I tried 10.6 and 10.6.3. I need to find one for 10.6.5 10.6.6 10.6.7 10.6.8

I know it is illegal but can't pay for now.

Ask Apple for replacement DVDs, they shouldn't cost more than 30 USD, but maybe if you explain your situation, they might send it to you for free.

No need to pay. What I'm curious about is because I got this MBP after 6th of June and registered at 28th of June, can I get free Lion?

That I don't know, but as you haven't bought the Mac after June 6th, and only got it as replacement, I presume you are not eligible.
