Can't buy Lion outside US?

Hey,

I opened app store to buy Lion, but when I was creating my apple ID account I couldn't choose other than US, and even if I faked address and country they wouldn't accept my mastercard number, saying that is not US Mastercard. How can I buy Mac OS X Lion?

Uh, I haven't noticed that I can change that, it was hidden. Damn...wierd. I am downloading it now. Thanks for your help
