iPod Cant buy music videos?

I hate to keep posting these problems, but I want to see if I am alone or not.

I try to buy a music video, and I get a 403 (unknown error).

actually, it seems like the whole store is down (as far as downloading is concerned). I managed to squeeze one download in...but now its down again.
