Can't buy QUICKTIME PRO?!

I tried to purchase the key to upgrade to QT7 Pro yesterday and waited, and waited. . .

I called customer service today and they told me "we're having problems with that" and they would credit my order and I "should try again in a few days..."

Is it simply a glitch or is something up with QT7?
