Cant call numbers directly from contacts app

Hi I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS on 4.1 and since this morning I'm unable to ring contacts from the contacts app, however if I go phone, contacts it works. I'm also unable to follow any links in messages.
Any help appreciated!!!!!
