cant call or receive calls

Had jailbroken iphone4 ios 5.0.1. When i made a call, i got no ringing tone and when i pushed end, it just says call ending without refreshing back to the keypad. So i stiched 5.0.1 with ifaith 1.4 and Setup as a new phone & rejailbroke and it's happening again... Anyone had this before? Does this need to be restored to 5.1 and returned to apple?

about to try, i believe its a hardware issue. Problem is i will have to go to 5.1.
Is stitched 5.0.1 unjailbroken void apple warranty?

I would put factory firmware on before I took it back to Apple.

it seems obvious i have to bite the bullet and upgrade to 5.1 and return to apple?

They're going to replace it with a refurbished iPhone 4 with iOS 5.1

Is the jailbreak such a great loss? Does it work with 5.1?
