Carrier Can't call, or send or receive text messages with the iphone 7+

I don't know if someone mentioned this before but does anyone of you know why I can't call, or send or receive text messages with the iphone 7+. I thought everything was fine but it was because I was connected to wifi. After I get out that's it, no service even though I see the Verizon LTE with the dots like if I had normal serviceo_O

We wouldn't know, sadly most of us haven't received our iPhones yet :(
