Can't Capture Signal in dBM Via Field Test Mode in iOS 11

After updating to iOS 11 today, my Verizon-based iPhone SE will no longer display signal strength numerically in dBM via the Field Test Mode "trick" used in the past. A Google search showed that this has not been possible in any of the iOS 11 betas, either.

If anyone finds a way around this, please let us know
