Can't change App store Username

Hi, I have an Iphone 3gs and I'm having trouble changing Itunes Username. I tried Sync through the computer and through setting but it doesn't change. Please advise me on what I can do. Cheers

On the iPhone click on Settings, scroll to Store, Sign Out, then log in with the new account.

I have tried to sign out and in with a new username, but when I launch app store it registered with old e-mail address!
