Can't change settings on Gmail Web

Using Safari, Firefox or Chrome on 10.8.5 I cannot change settings for Gmail web. When I go to settings then labels and make any change I get sent back to my inbox. Same thing if I try to click on the accounts tab, back to inbox.

Only happens on MBPr running ML. I can make the adjustments on Windows 7.
