Can't connect FTP

So I just jailbroke my 2.1 and installed cydia and open ssh.
I'm trying to connect to my phone using cyberduck on my mac and I entered the IP address shown in the wifi settings but it keeps saying connection failed because connection was refused.

This is my first time using FTP so any help would be appreciated.

don't use ftp, use SFTP in the "Open Connection" settings on cyberduck. You probably know the user is "root" and password is "alpine". Make sure your iPhone is on the same wifi as your computer. Make sure the iPhone doesn't turn off while you are connecting.
