here is my question...
im currently on my SL and i would like to access my pc from my mac in the same network. however, i did a several setting on my PC and Mac and it just didnt work to me.
so i got my PC ip address by putting "ipconfig" in the commend prompt. and then i turned on the file sharing option both on my PC Vista and Mac, SMB checked on my Mac, and i was trying to connect my pc from mac by using the "Connect to Server" in finder, and i put the smb://(my pc ip address), and i got a msg prompted "Connection failed.
-- the server"my pc ip address"may not exits or it is unavailable at this time. i've been trying this for ages and it just didnt work....
any expert knows how can i fix it?
