Since I upgraded to maverick on my rmbp mid 2012 I can't access adobe.com on either safari or firefox. I'm able to access the site via chrome and opera.

I tried using opendns, flushing my dns cache.

Can somebody help?

When I try to go to adobe.com I get "Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.

When I try to go to *******.com I get "Safari can't find the server"

----------

In firefox at adobe.com I get:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

In firefox at *******.com I get:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.*******.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Maybe this will be of help:
