Hello,

I can no longer download apps or app updates in iTunes. I get a "can't connect 45045" error.
I ran disk checks and repairs my disks come back as fine
I've tried reformatting the external Hard Drive that has my iTunes content and doing a Library consolidation/transfer
I've also tried creating a brand new Library from scratch and redownloading all my music through iTunes Match
I've tried reconnecting my iPad and iPhone and transferring the apps over to the store

Nothing has worked and I don't know what to do next. This seems to only happen with my apps...

You said you ran disk checks and repairs, but did you repair permissions within disk utility?

If I recall repairing permissions tends to solve this error??

Disk Permissions Doesn't Work

It was something that I wanted to try but I can't get the Verify Disk Permissions function to work on any of my hard drives - only the internal one. It's grayed out and my drives are formatted Mac OS Journaled
