Can't connect to iTunes

All of a sudden this morning my ATV3 wont connect to iTunes to stream content. Anyone else having this issue?

All of a sudden this morning my ATV3 wont connect to iTunes to stream content. Anyone else having this issue?

By iTunes, I assume you mean the iTunes Store/iCloud and yes, there appears to be some outage right now. Best to download the movies and not rely on the iTunes store's umbilical chord which seem to always have issues.

yes, I meant iTunes in the cloud. their webpage says nothing is wrong but my Apple TV just hangs trying to connect and the service is notable slow to show all my movie/show purchases.

I do have copies on my Mac's iTunes but I do like streaming from the cloud as it has iTunes Extras.

I've had the same problems both yesterday and today.
