Can't connect to Mac App Store

I can't connect to Google using Safari, Internet also seems slow. I can't access iTunes or the Mac App Store. Reinstalled OS X 10.8.5 but the problem is still there.

I saw some guy that this problem does not exist in Snow Leopard but began when he installed Mountain Lion.

I've been using OS X 10.8.5 for a week with no problems, then this occurred.

Edit: All apple apps can't seem to connect to the internet, Safari to Google only.
