Cant connect to my router but can to other.

For some reason when i try to open firefox its says page cannot be found. The signal is very strong and it says its connected. There is surrounding routers in my neighborhood so i connected to a other one and it works just fine. I was having the same problem this morning with my desk top which is a PC it said something about my ip address but it repaired itself. Can someone please help me fix it on my macbook now. Thanks in advance.

Just because you have signal doesn't mean you have an IP address attached to the computer. You may need to go into your router, and make sure DHCP is turned on, and properly assigning IP addresses.

First though, since it's easier, just power cycle your router and modem.
