Can't connect to one website

Hi, I cannot connect to warez-bb.org and I have read many posts and tried many different solutions but to no avail. So far I have tried:

ping in terminal
telnet in terminal
traceroute in terminal
reseting router and my Mac
using safari and chrome
using a proxy
accessing it via it's IP address: 119.42.146.35

Currently I have Leopard, 10.5.8 and am using Firefox 3.6.

Please note, I CAN access this website through windows running on Parallels on the same machine, on my windows based laptop AND my Mac running both Tiger and Snow Leopard all using the same router.

My conclusion is that it is specific to my machine but only the Mac part...

Any suggestions.

Try turning off PeerGuardian. That IP is on one of its block lists.

Thank you so much. Do you know of any alternatives to PeerGuardian or at least how I can allow access to warez while keeping PeerGuardian turned on?

That's easy. From the Phoenix Labs PeerGuardian FAQs:-

• PeerGuardian is blocking my favorite site! How do I unblock it?

Right click in the log and add it to your permanent allow list.
