Hi,

I have recorded an interview with my iPhone today. The file extension is .m4a and I tried to play using many players but didn't succeed. I downloaded a convertor (e.g. Switch) but it didn't work as well. I am not sure what is the problem. Any help here?

THANKS!
/O

Have you tried converting it in iTunes?

When you right click on the file in iTunes does it say "Convert to AAC" or "Convert to MP3"?

The file cannot be added into iTune for some reason. Any ideas how to do that? I tried to drag and drop but didn't work.

Assuming that you are recording on your iPhone using the built in VoiceRecorder it should just show up in your iTunes when you sync it.

Yes it should but for some reason it didn't. When I synced it with iTune it didn't appear there. I am now trying to add it into iTunes it didn't work as well.

It's possible that the recording was corrupted. You should try recording something else and see if it shows up in iTunes.
