Can't Copy/Move ANYTHING!

HI people,

Basically, the other day I put some songs onto my USB stick from my mac. I then transferred them over to my PC and once on my PC, I deleted everything off of the USB and that was that.

Now when I put my USB in my Mac, everything shows up as it should, but i cannot copy anything to the USB at all. I've tried Erasing, Verify/Repair, Re-formating to no-avail.

Have you tried restarting your Finder, or the Mac itself?
That fixes the problem for some people.
