I'm at a loss. I need to make a corporate purchase from Apples website, using a corporate AmEx. As it is a corporate purchase, I need to make the purchase with my company email, not my personal email. This is a no limit AmEx, and I would be in big trouble if it were attached to my personal email account.
Should be simple to create an Apple ID with my second email address.
If I search for the Apple ID, it says it doesn't exists.
When I try to create it, it says it already exists.
When I try to recover the password, it says it emails me, but doesn't.
If I enter my birthday, it says it is the wrong day.
So, I have spent a couple hours on the phone with support. Several people all say they can't do anything. I have to use the web recovery thing.
So I email support@apple.com, and get a bounce that they don't offer email support and to call them? Huh? A computer company doesn't offer email support.
I'm at a loss what to do. I must use my company email, and as the domain admin I know that no one else has ever had my email address. And I wish to spend several thousand dollars now, and perhaps $100k over a few years. But Apple seems to be making that very hard.
