Can't create ringtones...

Hey everyone,

I just managed to snag a 16gb iPhone, got it home, activated, ect. and once i updated it with music and all that, i tried to create a ringtone. However, every time i try to create the ringtone i get the following error (in the included image):


I know everything is a bit crazy right now, but is everybody having this issue, or is it just me?

yes i've also had this problem... :9 but it's not a big worry at the moment i'm just glad to have an iPhone

You don't have to use the iTunes store. Just create them with Garageband.

really? could you give a brief explanation on how?
(I don't use garageband much so i dont know my way around)

There is a thread here on the forums about this. Search for Garageband, iPhone. A few posters left step by step instructions. If you can't find it let me know

Try using a free ringtone creator like mycellspot.com mymixer or phonezu
