Hi,

my wife has an iPhone 11, and despite every effort, we can’t get into the area to customise or add new lock screens…

holding down on the Lock Screen doesn’t bring up ability to do this, and just says swipe up to unlock?

I have compared my phone settings to hers but can’t see any differences??

So immediately after you unlocked it, the phone locked itself again? Very strange.
Yeah, so click on the side button to bring up the screen, but then holding down on the screen brings no reaction, and just says swipe up to unlock

What if you unlock the phone and go into home screen, then open settings app, then wallpaper, then tap customize under the left one?

Yeah, so click on the side button to bring up the screen, but then holding down on the screen brings no reaction, and just says swipe up to unlock
And your phone is for sure unlocked when you try to edit the lock screen?
