Hello, I've been comparing these watches for a few weeks for sure, I like the bigger screen (44mm - black watch), but I personally think it looks a tad bit big on my wrist. I want a watch that's in proportion to my wrist and fashionable, but sometimes I keep thinking that the smaller watch (40mm - white watch) looks like a toy on my wrist, maybe it's the contrast between the watch and my wrist, maybe a 40mm black watch would solve the issue?
I appreciate the help.

I’ve had my 44mm S4 since September 2018, and I feel like I made the right decision even though I have small wrists. It don’t even look big on my wrist.

Only you can decide, we can’t, it’s your wrest and it’s your money. You’ll get both sides from this forum. Is now up to you
Thanks, but what I really need help with is, does the 44mm look fashionable and in proportion or not? I don't want something humongous on my wrist.

I like the smaller one, I think the bigger one looks more like a toy TBH. The smaller one looks more like a regular watch and more dressy.

I think the larger one looks great, especially on a woman's smaller wrists. My wife also wears a 44 and it looks perfect on her small wrist and 5'1" petite frame.

I think they both look fine. The key is comfort. I wanted the bigger watch so I could have a bigger screen, but it was just uncomfortable to have something so big on my wrist.

First of all tighten the band For full effect. I have small wrists and got the 44mm. The 44mm looks fine on your wrist.

I was in your position last year when I got my series 5. I debated for weeks and ultimately go the bigger screen. I'm so happy I did. My wife's 40mm feels so small to me now. I have a small wrist (150mm) and I don't feel that the watch is too big at all.

Pretty much the same here - I always thought my wrists are pretty small for a guy, and a couple of years ago I was ready to order a 40mm for my first Apple Watch.

Then a friend at the office (those were the days!) let me try her 44mm and I immediately much preferred the larger size.

My wife, on the other hand, does have real small wrists (measure just a tiny bit over 5 inches) and we have a 40mm on order for her first watch.
