Can't delete a song in itunes

So I'm fairly OCD with my playlists. I am on a shared itunes account so I am guessing that one of my family members downloaded a song thats showing up in recently added. I want to delete it off my phone, and I delete it from the library and from the purchased sections of itunes but no matter what I do it keeps reappearing whenever I sync. My guess is itunes is taking the purchased song off my iphone and copying it into itunes. Thanks for looking
