Can't Delete an App

Somehow my Labyrinth app became corrupt and I tried to delete it through iTunes and my iPod but now I get this error.

I've tried going and manually deleting it through Cyberduck but I can't find the folder.

Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do?
My iPod is jailbroken, btw.

u could try re-installing itunes n c if dat works or u could try restoring or upgrading ur firmware.
