I have an iPhone 4 jailbroken on 4.0 and can no longer delete apps that have been downloaded from the app store. The apps begin to wiggle and have the "x" on them but they don't delete when I click it. Any idea why? I don't have any type of app locker installed or anything like that where I would have disabled app deletion to my knowledge.

Maybe I'm just going to have to upgrade to 4.1 and rejailbreak. I don't want to but I guess if I have to at least the stupid prox sensor will be fixed too!

Do you have Cydelete installed? If so make sure to go into Settings/Cydelete and make sure the slider is turned to "On."

Yes I have cydelete and the slider is set to on but that just doesn't allow you to delete cydia afaik. I still can't delete other apps. Anyone have any ideas?
