Cant Delete Apps

When i tap and hold an icon, the apps start to wiggle but none of them have an "x" on them which would allow me to delete the app.

Which apps are you trying to delete? Stock Apple apps that come pre-installed (e.g. Weather, Calculator, Stocks) can't be deleted.

Its not a native app. ESPN

None of the apps on any screen has the "x". I've rebooted twice already.

Okay. Is your phone jailbroken? You can also try to delete the app by going to Settings > General > Usage > ESPN (or whatever it's called) and then tapping on the big red "Delete App" button.

1. Verify that Settings | General | Restrictions | Deleting Apps -> ON
2. Restart your phone. There is a bug that causes an app to get into funky state sometime.

I went into Restrictions and Restrictions were Off but the Delete Apps Toggle was set to "Off".

I had to Enable them, then with the Delete Apps toggle to On. I then removed the restictions.

Weird.
