Can't Delete Certain Files

Hi,

As the following image shows:

I have three files in my trash that I cannot delete.
When I use the terminal, and "cd" to ~/.Trash and execute "ls -a" I do not see these files.

I can drag the files to my desktop, at which point they disappear. However, the next time I empty the trash, they reappear.

I have run Onyx, and repaired the disk and permissions from the boot DVD that came with my Mac Pro.

What can I do from here?
