i downloaded cleardock (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/8808) and i decided i didnt like it. when i click on application enhancer in the system preferences i get a message that says: Could not load Application Enhancer pane... how do i delete cleardock?

If you look in your ClearDock Installation Log, you'll find what was installed... here's mine:
You should also have two files called com.unsanity.cleardock.plist and com.unsanity.apelauncher.plist in your ~/Library/Preferences/ folder.

whenever i try to delete cleardock.ape and smart crash reports it says they are already being in use.
Is the Application Enhancer preference pane gone from System Preferences?
Anyhow, try logging in as another (admin) user. Make an account if you have to. And then delete the above mentioned files from there...
