Can't Delete Contacts in Favourite Section

I have noticed I don't seem to be able to delete contacts from my favourite section, when I delete the contact, the name deletes for a split second only to re appear again, I have tried to restart my phone but to no avail. I'm running IOS 14.3.

Go to iCloud.com and delete the contact from there. That should solve the problem.
