I downloaded some episodes of 30 Rock from iTunes. Here is the deal:

1) One of the episodes shows up twice on my iPhone.
2) It only shows up once in iTunes.
3) It only shows up once in my iTunes folder in Finder.

I removed all of the episodes and re-synced my iPhone. Nothing. That one episode still shows up twice.

Any ideas why it is doing this?

why is this an issue

it sounds like its probably a playlist issue

you could do a full reformat and restore of your iphone and that should solve the problem ( media has to be resynced when you do a reformat)

but honestly why does it bug you so much ?

It probably bugs him so much because it shouldn't be there twice? As it would bug you if it showed up 50 times.

I'm not 100% sure but isn't there an option to resync all content to your device from your iTunes library? If not, I'd suggest changing it to manually sync the videos so it removes the video in question (and all the others if need be) then re-select them all and resync to see if that helps.

If that doesn't work, do a full restore.
