Can't Delete old iCloud backup

A few weeks back I bought a new iPad Pro 11 and ended up returning it. I removed it from my account completely, except I still have an iCloud backup of it that I can't delete. It just says it can't be deleted and to try again later. It's taking up 5 GB of space out of my 50 and I am near my max.

Any idea how I can force delete it?

Nvermind this. I was able to delete it from my PC. Mods can delete this thread if you like.
