Can't delete photos in iOS 8 from iPhone camera roll

Anyone else having this problem, where there are certain photos in the camera roll that can't be deleted for some reason?! Some photos I can select and the trash can is enabled, but some photos, after I select them, the trash can is disabled, and I have no way to delete them! Help!

I think you will have to delete those photos using iTunes.
