Hello,
I'm having a problem with iTunes 10.7 on OSX 10.8.2. My wife downloaded several songs that ended up having a Getting error -5000 on these purchases unable to download them also can't seem to update my apps from itunes either.

Apple isn't helping very much as they normally do. So I'm now noticing there are several lines of the songs in the music library. I'd like to just remove them and try and download again. They don't appear to be in my library.

Can someone PLEASE help me.
