Cant delete songs of iphone (ios 8.2)

So i've turned off show all music, unsubbed from itunes match, and deleted all music from usage data. The songs dont show up in itunes. Ive tried resyncing with only checked songs but still the phantom songs still play and show up. There is no cloud symbol next to it. So whenever i try to swipe right nothing happens. Help me macrumors you're my only hope.
