Cant Delete TV Center Toolbar from Safari

I cannot uninstall the TV Center Toolbar from Safari. I used the uninstall feature on the toolbar, and the uninstall feature in "applications" "toolbars" "uninstal" folder. I have even re-installed the application and then tried to uninstall (as per the companies instructions).
Any suggestions please?!? A good 3rd party software to uninstall perhaps??

Reinstall Safari, or delete Safari then reinstall it. idk, just thoughts.

Appcleaner did the trick. I didnt want to go with uninstalling and reinstalling Safari for a few reasons, although that would have been the last resort. Thanks to all
