Cant determine which model number my Macbook Pro is

It is a 4.1 early 2008, but http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4132 doesnt tell me which model number it is in accordance to ifixit's specifications

I know it is Core2Duo, but I have no idea whether it is 1211, or 1226/1260.

I need to replace one of the fans again, as this time the left one has started roaring at me.
