HomeKit Can’t disable ATV in HomeKit?

I noticed after updating my devices to 16.2 my ATV HD is now showing standby in the Home app. I had previously changed it to disable. The option to disable under Airplay and HomeKit on the ATV menu is gone. I only want my ATV 4K to be the hub. Has the option been moved or removed?
 
It looks like Apple has removed the option to disable Apple TV as a hub. I also looked for this option in the new version of iOS. To no avail.
