Can't download apps from App Store onto iOS 7 iPhone 4S.

I've been trying to install some apps from the App Store onto my iOS 7 4S, and I can't get any of them to download over the air. The only way I can reinstall is by syncing to my Mac.

Anyone having a similar problem?

I had on my iPhone 5. Restart the phone. Worked for me

No, it's been working fine for me. Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID on the phone and signing back in?
