Can't download apps or new beta..

I haven't been able to download apps for a few days, they just fail to load and move to "Waiting". I figured it's an issue with beta 3, so I'm trying to download beta 4 from the "Software Update" section of system config. When I do, I get this error:

"Software Update Failed - An error occurred downloading iOS 12 Public beta 4"

Tried plugging into iTunes too, no dice. Any tips?

iOS is a lottery these days
As a beta it’s even more so.
Hang in there, or go back.

I went back to 11.4 yesterday when not even my NAS calendar would load on iOS 12 b3
iCloud sync on calendar disappeared at iOS 11.
After returning to 11.4 some old Polar training calendars showed up under iCloud. Fortunately my NAS calendars worked as earlier though.
