Can't download apps

Hi folks,
My friend just got a retina macbook pro from her enterprise but she can't download any app on the Mac App Store. Instead she encounter this error : http://postimg.org/image/iuh5tf2yl/

I suspect that enterprise systems are centrally managed and don't allow you to download more apps. You would have to talk to the company tech support to find out for sure.
