Can't Download Certain iTunes Movies on iPad

Any idea why I cannot download certian iTunes movies on my iPad? For example, I just tried to download "I, Frankenstein" on my iPad in the iTunes App, under puchased "all" movies. I see the movie but when I select it, it only gives me the option to "watch" the movie. When I select "watch," I am directed to the 'videos" app with no option to watch or download the movie. I also noticed that when I select "not on this iPad" the movies disapears like it's already on my iPad. This has happened to several movies but I'm not sure why.

After not getting anywhere with my iPad, I tried my MacBook Pro and it's working fine on the Mac.

This worked for me

It involves going into the iTunes store on your phone and finding the movie. You can download it in HD or use the directions to download SD which is still great quality on the iPad to add more movies at the lower GB. Good Luck!
