I tried to install evernote's web clipper and fastestube, two safari's extended function programs but can't.

I used appcleaner to wipe out any unsuccessful downloads of these two programs and restart the computer. However, after I clicked to install the programs, a new window still pops out telling me unable to install the extended function. I suspected that it has something to do with my anti-virus program of Kaspersky.

Any suggestion?

What Mac OS X version and Safari version do you use? Can you share the download links for the extensions?

And have you tried disabling Kaspersky?

As to AppCleaner, it is not really thorough.

As to Kaspersky:
