iPad Can't download from App Store on 2nd gen iPad

For some reason I can't get anything to update or download from the App Store. Also, Facebook won't load. I reset all settings on the iPad once and restarted my router and that seemed to help for about a day. Now it is not working again. All help would be greatly appreciated.

So I reset my DNS to the Google DNS. That seems to have solved my App Store problem but not my Facebook issue.

Long shot, but is the FB app you're trying to download compatible with your current iOS version?

I personally don't do FB and just suggested it as a long shot.

Went to the App Store and checked. It requires iOS 6 or later.
