I have been trying to get pic collage, but it just keeps saying waiting and nothing happens.

I have been trying to get pic collage, but it just keeps saying waiting and nothing happens.

Ive been downloading apps from the app store without issue and actioning any updates without issue.


Please list what tweaks you have downloaded.

Could you download apps ok after jail-breaking or is this the first time you've tried after jail-breaking.
