Hi,

I am having troubles downloading applications from the App Store. When trying to, the app icon appears on my "dashboard" but is still faded and says "Waiting" under it. Then a few seconds after (oh well, the time varies a lot - from seconds to minutes) I get the following notification:

iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changed
Before you can proceed you must read & accept the new Terms & Conditions

If I choose "OK", I am redirected to the App Store and the Terms & Conditions is shown, but when I agree, I get the following error:

Your session has timed out. Please try this operation again from the beggining.

This keeps happening. I am running the iOS 4.2 beta.

Are there any solutions for this?

EDIT: Better title.

Have you tried agreeing to the new terms and conditions from iTunes on your Mac?

Yes. I needed to download an application and when I couldn't from my iPad, I tried to do so from iTunes on my Mac and had to agree to the Tersm & Conditions. After I had done so, I could download the application and sync it on to my iPad. That caused me no troubles at all.

Are you still getting the error on your iPad now?

If so, I might would report it as a bug in the Beta

Yes, I am still getting the error. Maybe I should. I just couldn't find anyone else mentioning this issue so I thought that it was only me having this problem.

I just tried downloading an application from the iTunes Store again. Again I had to agree to the Terms & Conditions on my Mac. I did and synced the application to my iPad and it worked fine but I still can't download directly from the iPad.
So I tried downloading another application from my Mac and this time I did not have to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Stil I can not download directly from my iPad.

I had the same problem today, as it turned out, my date was set to 1972 (empty battery). Maybe you have the same issue?

The date on both my Mac and my iPad is fine :-(

Woop! Now I can download from my iPad. It has been a problem the last few days even though I had agreed on my Mac. It seems that something went wrong when I agreed the first time on my Mac and now that I agreed the second it just needed a few minutes to "sync" with my account.

Thanks for your help! :)

Or atleast I thought that I could. Now I'm trying to download two applications and again I can not download. It seems that there are something odd about this iOS 4.2 beta.

Try going to the settings, then appstore and log out of appstore then log back in. When you agree to the terms now the problem should be fixed
