Cant Download Imovie Hd When Already Have Imovie 09

So I want to download iMovie HD. So when i opened the installing window it said - a newer version of this software is already installed. (iMovie 09) How can I download it successfully?

iMovie HD is not avaliable as a download unless using Pirated Software, discussion of which is not allowed on this board. The only way to install it is by using a iLife '06 DVD or by getting a copy of both iLife '08 and the special installer Apple released while '08 was on sale to install '06 concurrently.

You would have to erase the iMovie '09 files first then install iMovie HD. But like chrismacguy said, if it is pirated, those types of discussions are not allowed on this site.
