iPhone Can't download iOS Beta Profile 6s

When I click enroll my device it bugs out and just goes to a text string. I've restarted the phone and done a bunch of other stuff over multiple days and always the same. Anyone else had this issue.

I was on the 9.1 beta and never had any issues, then updated to the normal 9.1 when it was released.

On 9.1 6s don't have those issues so not of why you would have them. Maybe a restore?
